Dave is responsible for procuring effective developments, creating profitable client relationships, and designing innovative solutions that contribute to quality real estate developments. His expertise includes contract negotiations, lease agreements, construction, and ground leasing.
Prior to joining Graham Allen Partners, David spent the past 20 years in real estate development and consulting, his expertise is rooted in his strong operational and accounting background, having facilitated significant and diverse transactions valued at over $700 million in more than 25 states across the country.
