Dianna O’Hara

Senior Associate

Dianna is a Senior Associate on the Graham Allen Partners’ Investment Team.  She supports all aspects of the deal process, including deal origination, financial and strategic analysis, risk analysis, due diligence, transaction structuring and negotiation, and post-closing portfolio company oversight.

Prior to joining Graham Allen, Dianna spent seven years at Johnson & Johnson. She held roles in Supply Chain, Digital Product Development, Technology Strategy, and R&D Global Development across the Consumer, Medical Device, and Pharmaceutical sectors.

Dianna earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University and her M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
