Lauren is responsible for the firm’s finance and compliance processes. Since joining Graham Allen Partners in 2016, she has implemented best-in-class practices and new financial operating systems across the portfolio. Lauren works closely with the Portfolio Company finance leaders as they continue to professionalize their businesses while undertaking digital transformation and organizational growth.
Lauren has over 15 years of experience in various finance roles, which include performing financial audits with KPMG and managing investor reporting for Citadel, a hedge fund. Prior to joining Graham Allen Partners, LLC she managed all financial processes for Fidus Investment Corporation, a publicly traded investment company which had over $500 million in assets under management.
Lauren has a Bachelor of Business Administration and Masters in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame. Born and raised in a small farming community in Texas, and the daughter of an entrepreneur, she understands the impact that small, local businesses have on their communities. An avid college football fan, she is looking forward to the day when her daughter chooses the Irish over her husband’s Wolverines.
