Mary Jo joined Graham Allen in 2009. As a member of the Value Creation team, she is responsible for Talent and People Operations across the Graham Allen Partners family of companies. Chief among her strategic priorities is ensuring that portfolio companies are able to attract and retain top technical talent. She also provides specialized strategic support in the areas of performance management, culture and team member experience, and building and supporting international teams (both onshore and offshore).
Prior to joining Graham Allen, Mary Jo spent 13 years as a classroom teacher, where she was widely recognized for her dedication to students with disabilities and students from underserved communities.
While no longer in the classroom, Mary Jo remains committed to serving others. She leads the firm’s corporate giving initiatives and currently serves as Board Chair for two local non-profit organizations: Family & Children’s Center and Corvilla.
Mary Jo earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology & African American History from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Science degree in Education from Indiana University South Bend.
