Meredith joined Graham Allen Partners in 2022 to lead the Value Creation team, partnering closely with the leaders of the portfolio companies in executing their growth strategies. She consults with those leaders bringing together their core business experience with Graham Allen’s data and technology expertise to create insights that drive growth and ensure economic relevance in the communities in which we live, work, and invest.
Prior to joining Graham Allen, Meredith had a long career growing a startup technology company headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Originally one of seven employees, she ultimately served as its CEO for nearly eight years - growing the business to a global digital consulting organization, with 98% employee satisfaction and sustained profitability.
Meredith earned her MBA from the University of Notre Dame in 2014, raised three daughters with her husband, Kipp, and currently resides in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
